| Visit the Bund and shopping in the morning, after lunch leave Shanghai for Wuhan by the afternoon flight WU 502 14:25/15:50. Upon arrival, visit the Chime Bells Museum. Pass by the Chibi (Red Crag) a famous ancient battlefield. It is vividly
remembered in
Chinese history as a victory of a weak army over a numerically much stronger
army by the use of tactical skills. (B, L, D) 18:00 Arrive in Jingzhou for shore excursion, visit the Jingzhou Museum and the ancient City Wall and back to the ship at 21:00. (B, L, D) |

Pass through the Gezhouba Dam. It takes 2 full hours to pass the ship
locks. (B, L, D) 09:00 - 11:00 Enter the Eastern Section of the 1st Gorge of Xiling. 12:30 Shore excursion, visiting the construction site of the current Three Gorges Dam, a gigantic project of its kind in the world. Back to the ship at 15:30. 16:30 - 17:30 Enter the western section of the 1st gorge of Xiling. (B, L, D) |

Arrive in Badong for shore excursion. All the on board passengers will
get on the local buses taking them for 3 hours on the way to the Shennong
River. Then take the small boats down the river to view the Three Small
Gorges. Back to the ship at 13:00. (B, L, D) 13:30 - 16:00 Enter the 2nd gorge of Wuxia. 18:00 - 18:30 Enter the 3rd gorge of Qutang. |

Arrive in Wanxian City for shore excursion, visit Burial Culture Museum
and Silk Factory and back to the ship at 12:30. 23:00 Pass by the Temple of Ancient General Zhang Fei, a courageous warrior in the Three Kingdoms Period. (B, L, D) |

Arrive in Chongqing and disembark the ship for the city tour including
General Stilwell Museum and the Panda House. After lunch leave Chongqing
on the flight WH2404 17:35/18:35 for Xian. Upon arrival transfer to Jianguo
