Jiugongshan
(Nine-Place Mountain), about 1600 meters above sea
level, nestled southeast of Hubei Province, is an ideal holiday escape. This
state nature park consists of 4 parts: Forest reserves, Stone-Dragon Ravine,
Plum-Blossom Valley and Clouds-Lingering Lake. The ragged mountain peaks, deep
valleys, clear waterfalls and unique fauna and flora present themselves the
spectacular work of nature and it is reputed as the sacred mountain in the celestial
divinity. Duration of days there: 2 or 3 days.
